What is Integral Tai Chi

Integral Tai Chi (ITC) is a combination of traditional Tai Chi, Qi Qong and Yoga. It was developed by a Buddhist monk from Vietnam (Master CE Hang Truong), and is constantly being improved.

Why Integral Tai Chi

Integral Tai Chi helps you to achieve a healthy body and a more positive attitude towards life.

Where can I find Integral Tai chi

Integral Tai Chi is practised all over the world. In Germany, ITC has flourished since 2010, with ITC training and courses now taking place in Düsseldorf, Essen, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Cologne, Neuss, Stuttgart and Waldbröl.

Origin

Integral Tai Chi is not pure gymnastics. Rather, Integral Tai Chi involves a range of symbolic movements combined with specific breathing techniques.

ITC consists essentially of 10 forms of movement. These reactivate the Chakras in the human body.

There are 7 main Chakras along the spine that act as energy centers in the whole body. With age, these centers gradually become thinner as the body begins to age.

The Influence of Chakras

Each exercise directly reactivates the Chakras for optimal functioning of the internal organs.
